My Mission
“In 2024, I became very interested in my family history. As a result, I came across many family video tapes. I eventually started acquiring professional equipment to convert these tapes for all my family to see in the highest quality possible. After months of research and saving, I finally converted my family’s tapes. My family had a reunion and we experienced so many happy memories watching the conversions. After everyone left, I realized I had developed a passion for quality tape conversion and restoration. I thought “Why stop here?”. I realized I could bring that joy of seeing loved ones who are no longer with us, of seeing living relatives in past years, to other families! That’s why I started Fahy Media Conversions in 2025, to bring families together with exceptional conversions of their precious memories.” – Shawn Fahy
